Obviously you wouldn't wear this in combat unless you used another item to further replenish your stamina.
(If your stamina drops below 14 your combat roundtime will increase.)

abalone bloodtoken: +3 strength
If you've got strength to spare (as far as roundtime and encumbrance) leave out the abalone bloodtoken and use a moonstone charm (+1 intelligence, +1 wisdom, +1 coordination)
