Cancelling My Account Or Subscription

Trial accounts
Trial accounts will automatically expire without the need for cancellation. Since we do not require or collect credit card or billing information during the trial account signup process, we cannot and will not bill you once your trial period expires. If you do not renew your account within six (6) months, your account may be permanently deleted, including all characters and data associated with your account.
Active accounts (PayPal Subscription)
Owners of active accounts who have renewed by creating a recurring subscription through PayPal.com, please click here to enter the PayPal.com website subscription cancellation page. This process will assist you in locating automatic monthly subscription fees paid to us through your PayPal.com account. Cancel whichever (or all) of the subscriptions that you like. When the remaining time on your Eaxia account expires, PayPal.com will no longer send us a subscription payment through the cancelled subscriptions. Once the remaining time on your account expires, your account will go to an inactive status and will no longer be available for gameplay. If your account stays inactive for over a year, it may be subject to permanent deletion including all characters and data associated with your account.
Active accounts (PayPal, manual payment)
Owners of active accounts who have renewed by manually sending us a payment through PayPal.com, your account will automatically expire without the need for cancellation. When the remaining time on your Eaxia account expires, your account will go to an inactive status and will no longer be available for gameplay. If your account stays inactive for over a year, it may be subject to permanent deletion including all characters and data associated with your account.
Active accounts (personal check / money order)
Active accounts that have no PayPal.com recurring subscription will automatically expire without the need for cancellation. When the remaining time on your Eaxia account expires, your account will go to an inactive status and will no longer be available for gameplay. If your account stays inactive for over a year, it may be subject to permanent deletion including all characters and data associated with your account.
